About your instructor
Sarah Laufer is a former professional dancer and has been practicing yoga since 1999. As a whitewater river guide on the Arkansas River and throughout the Northwest, Stand Up Paddle Boarding was a natural next step for Sarah. In 2011, she earned her 200-hour RYT with Tiffany Cruishank and Yoga Medicine, and became a certified SUP Yoga instructor through SUP Bliss in May 2015. Sarah has been teaching SUP for the past two years and co-hosts yoga retreats in Mexico with Good Tiger Yoga. You can follow Sarah on Instagram and Facebook.
