For Eagle Crest Visitors, you may be able to check in for your trip at the Eagle Crest Sports Center.
Directions:
From the main entrance to Eagle Crest, proceed about one mile. Find the Sports Center and Parking lot on your left. You'll see the sign.

For Black Butte Visitors: You may be able to check in at the Black Butte Ranch Recreation Center.
Directions:
Once you turn into Black Butte Ranch make a right. After approximately a half mile the recreation center will be on your left.
